FINISHING

SOFT ENAMEL

Soft enamel has recessed enamel. The enamel clings to the edges and recesses below the metal die line and gives the soft enamel signature ‘bumpy’ feel when you run your finger over the top.

HARD ENAMEL

Hard enamel is polished flat. The enamel is added before the plating is added and then polished flat to the same level as the metal die lines.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is the process of turning graphic design into needle and thread for application to fabric. Designs can be simple, single colour or multi-colour intricate pieces of art. If the fabric can be laid flat then it can be embroidered.

EMBOSSING

Embossing creates an indent in the material which adds depth and impact to a design. Ideal for use on thicker substrate such as leather, and leatherette PU.
